La cuina de les Illes de sempre, avui

This cookery book was born after years of intensive research on the historical roots of our cuisine, rich cultural heritage and our islands’ extensive history. One of the main missions of this school’s Cooking Department is to be in the avant-garde of culinary innovation, however, this project aims to recuperate the culinary history of the Balearic Islands, a history rich in wisdom. Thanks to this painstaking research, we can now fully enjoy this richness, of which all islanders can be very proud. Enjoy!
