A whole universe of characters is created around this story: from pages, angels, and stars, who introduce the true protagonists of the event –Mary, Joseph and the Baby Jesus- to a colourful repertory of secondary characters –cobblers, bakers, musicians, singers, taxi-drivers… kings- happy at such a significant birth, up to the appearance of the element which, paradoxically, produces the most commotion in the crib: a small mouse, who is being chased by a children’s story classic –Puss in Boots-, all join together at the event.
